KARACHI: On Sunday, the Sindh High Court (SHC) directed the director general of the Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) to investigate the unpermitted building on Plot No. 75/A at PECHS, Block 2. (Reported by news source)
According to the petitioner's attorney, PECHS underwent unlawful constructions while the SBCA resisted taking enforcement action. During the hearing, Nazir Hussain Laghari, the deputy director of the SBCA, gave a report to the court that deemed the constructions illegal.
The court mandated that the DG SBCA conduct an investigation into the event, identify the responsible parties, identify the officers who were in charge when the illegal construction started, and take appropriate measures against them within 30 days.
کراچی: اتوار کو، سندھ ہائی کورٹ (SHC) نے سندھ بلڈنگ کنٹرول اتھارٹی (SBCA) کے ڈائریکٹر جنرل کو PECHS، بلاک 2 میں پلاٹ نمبر 75/A پر بلا اجازت عمارت کی تحق��قات کرنے کی ہدایت کی۔
درخواست گزار کے وکیل کے مطابق، پی ای سی ایچ ایس نے غیر قانونی تعمیرات کیں جبکہ ایس بی سی اے نے انفورسمنٹ ایکشن لینے میں مزاحمت کی۔ سماعت کے دوران ایس بی سی اے کے ڈپٹی ڈائریکٹر نذیر حسین لغاری نے عدالت کو رپورٹ دی جس میں تعمیرات کو غیر قانونی قرار دیا گیا۔
عدالت نے حکم دیا کہ ڈی جی ایس بی سی اے واقعہ کی تحقیقات کریں، ذمہ دار فریقوں کی نشاندہی کریں، ان افسران کی نشاندہی کریں جو غیر قانونی تعمیرات شروع ہونے کے وقت انچارج تھے اور 30 دن کے اندر ان کے خلاف مناسب کارروائی کریں۔
