That material may take the form of Advertisements and similar property listings, chat rooms, forums, feedback or other similar forms. We do not verify or approve any information uploaded in this way and the views and opinions of others which are published on the Site do not reflect our own view and opinions.

Uploading Content To The Site
Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload Content to the Site, or to make contact with other Users, you must comply with the Content Standards set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.
Any Content you upload to the Site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You retain all of your ownership rights in your Content, but you are required to grant us and other Users a limited licence to use, store and copy that Content and to distribute and make it available to third parties. means and includes all and any information we provide on the Site and any Advertisement or other content that is uploaded to it by Users
Content Standards:
means the Content Standards as defined by and contained in our Acceptable Use Policy
Contribution:
means any contribution you make to an Interactive Service or any Listing you upload
Interactive Services:
means any interactive service we may offer from time to time including (but not by way of limitation) our Advertisement posting facilities, chat rooms, bulletin boards and forums
Listing:
means the listing of a property for sale or to let uploaded by a Member using the Site
Terms:
means these terms and conditions and the Associated Terms (where appropriate)
