PC-1 for the development of the C-16 sector approved by the CDA

During a meeting chaired by CDA chairman Amir Ali Ahmed, the CDA-DWP was presented with the PC-1 for the development of sector C-16. This project is estimated to be completed within the next three years. The sector is located on an under-construction Margalla Avenue. The land in most of the avenue is owned by the family of a senior bureaucrat and the principal secretary to the prime minister Dr. Touqeer Shah

According to the details shared, the 4418 kanal land for the said sector was acquired on the land-sharing formula, where CDA has allocated one kanal plot in lieu of each four kanal land acquired.

اسلام آباد: سی ڈی اے کی ڈویلپمنٹ ورکنگ پارٹی نے حال ہی میں سیکٹر C-16 کی ترقی کے لیے ایک مجوزہ PC-1 کی منظوری دی ہے۔
سی ڈی اے کے چیئرمین امیر علی احمد کی زیر صدارت اجلاس کے دوران سی ڈی اے-ڈی ڈبلیو پی کو سیکٹر C-16 کی ترقی کے لیے PC-1 پیش کیا گیا۔ یہ منصوبہ اگلے تین سالوں میں مکمل ہونے کا تخمینہ ہے۔ یہ سیکٹر ایک زیر تعمیر مارگلہ ایونیو پر واقع ہے۔ ایوینیو کی زیادہ تر زمین ایک سینئر بیوروکریٹ اور وزیر اعظم کے پرنسپل سیکرٹری ڈاکٹر توقیر شاہ کے خاندان کی ملکیت ہے۔
مشترکہ تفصیلات کے مطابق مذکورہ سیکٹر کے لیے 4418 کنال اراضی زمین کی تقسیم کے فارمولے پر حاصل کی گئی تھی جہاں سی ڈی اے نے حاصل کی گئی ہر چار کنال اراضی کے بدلے ایک کنال کا پلاٹ مختص کیا ہے۔
