Park View City Islamabad is introducing K Block and the bookings are open now!

ISLAMABAD: A very famous and rapidly growing project Park View City Islamabad has introduced its K Block and the bookings are already open. According to an issued notification of booking it is hereby confirmed that 3.5 Marla plots are available on a financial plan of 2.5 years. A special price for a limited time has been offered is PKR 30,00,000 while the actual price for the same plot is 35,00,000. A payment plan by the officials of Park View City, Islamabad is as under:

Moreover, to the above mentioned charges, it is obligatory for the new purchasers to become society members by paying a membership fee which is PKR 7,500. There is also a 5% discount on offer for lump total payments, while 10% of the entire price will be charged extra for prime-location plots that include corner and park-facing plots, and plots that are located on the Main Boulevard.
