Open Sale & Purchase of Commercial Plots in MDA Scheme 1

(Karachi – February 2019) MDA Karachi hosted an open sale & purchase of commercial plots for the first time in MDA Scheme 1. When a new property type is introduced in MDA Scheme Karachi, it is offered to the public through an auction. Since the commercial properties are being launched, the developers decided to offer them to the public initially.
