New Malir Housing Scheme – 1 is a renowned residential housing scheme in Karachi which has become quite successful after the allotment of plots and the completion of 80% of development work. Recently, the auction of commercial plots took place on 12th February in Naveed Garden on Rashid Minhas Road where investors and buyers took part in the bid.
Successful bidders were asked to present a crossed cheque of 25% of the bid amount in favor of MDA Karachi along with the copy of CNIC. The remaining amount should be presented in favor of MDA Karachi in the form of a pay order. Some of the pictures from the event are attached below:
