Date extended for 'Ready for Possession' plots in Bahria Town Karachi

In a recent development by the administration of Bahria Town Karachi, the letters have been dispatched to the property owners who are yet to take the possession of their developed residential and commercial plots. Such owners can take possession of their property by January 31, 2020.

Overseas members have also been facilitated in this regard and they have been offered special extension with the last date being extended for further 4 months i.e. May 15, 2020. Overseas Members are the ones who hold foreign passport/work permit or have been submitting the installments in foreign currency.

The Bahria Town Karachi Administration has also made it clear that after the given date, the Non-Utilization Charges will apply.
