CDA takes possession of 140 Kanals land in Park Enclave II

The possession was made after conducting an operation launched last week. Initially, it was directed to get possession of 450 kanals of land in Park Enclave II, however, so far, the authority has acquired around 250 kanals of vacant land.

The CDA teams, in collaboration with Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad (MCI), have also earmarked street numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 11 with the use of machinery. It should be noted here that street 1 and 11 are the main roads.

The departments that took part in the operation include the CDA’s Enforcement Directorate, Sector Development, Revenue Staff from Land and Revenue Directorate, Islamabad Capital Territory administration, MCI, Planning Wing, Islamabad Police, and other concerned departments.

The spokesperson of CDA has said that they have the instructions to complete the operation at the earliest so that the development could be started.
