100% recovery of commercial fee ensured by LDA through the operation launched against illegal constructions

LDA Chief Town Planner, Shakil Anjum Minhas revealed that the aim of the project extends further than only stopping illegal building constructions, without map approval from LDA. The project aims to seek to ensure a 100% recovery rate from the commercialization fee from the defaulters while also managing and keeping the city architecture well managed.

This will also help the government to overcome environmental issues, contributed by the haphazard construction.

Furthermore, this operation will also force people to get the maps of their buildings approved by paying the fee. It will also increase the tax revenue by bringing people into the tax net. This operation has been launched under the teams representing various zones of the town planning wing.

ایل ڈی اے کے چیف ٹاؤن پلانر شکیل انجم منہاس نے انکشاف کیا کہ منصوبے کا مقصد صرف ایل ڈی اے سے نقشہ کی منظوری کے بغیر غیر قانونی عمارتوں کی تعمیرات کو روکنا ہے۔ پروجیکٹ کا مقصد ڈیفالٹرز سے کمرشلائزیشن فیس سے 100% ریکوری کی شرح کو یقینی بنانا ہے جبکہ شہر کے فن تعمیر کو اچھی طرح سے منظم اور برقرار رکھنا ہے۔
اس سے حکومت کو ماحولیاتی مسائل پر قابو پانے میں بھی مدد ملے گی، جن میں بے ترتیب تعمیرات کا حصہ ہے۔
مزید یہ کہ یہ آپریشن لوگوں کو فیس ادا کرکے اپنی عمارتوں کے نقشے منظور کروانے پر مجبور کرے گا۔ لوگوں کو ٹیکس نیٹ میں لا کر ٹیکس ریونیو میں بھی اضافہ ہوگا۔ یہ آپریشن ٹاؤن پلاننگ ونگ کے مختلف زونز کی نمائندگی کرنے والی ٹیموں کے تحت شروع کیا گیا ہے۔
