The Slums Regularization scheme 2012 to be revised soon

According to details, the 59th meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Law was held at the Civil Secretariat under the chairmanship of Provincial Law Minister Raja Basharat, with the participation of Provincial Minister for Higher Education Raja Yasir Humayun and secretaries of relevant departments.

A proposal to revise the Kachi Abadi Regularization Scheme 2012 has been approved. A proposal to amend the criteria required for the appointment of Vice-Chancellors in government universities has been approved.

Amendments to Punjab Civil Servants Efficiency and Disciplinary Rules 2021 and PED Act 2006 have been approved.

The Chief Executive Officer has been summoned to the next meeting for further consultation on the nomination of a Bahawalpur Waste Management Board member for the vacant seat. The proposal to extend the tenure of the Chief Commissioner of Punjab Information Commission has been approved.

تفصیلات کےمطابق صوبائی وزیر قانون راجہ بشارت کی زیر صدارت سول سیکرٹریٹ میں کابینہ کمیٹی قانون کا 59 واں اجلاس, صوبائی وزیر ہائر ایجوکیشن راجہ یاسر ہمایوں اور متعلقہ محکموں کے سیکرٹریز کی شرکت. کچی آبادیوں کی ریگولرائزیشن سکیم 2012ء پر نظر ثانی کی تجویز منظور کرلی گئی، سرکاری یونیورسٹیوں میں وائس چانسلرز کی تقرری کے لیے مطلوبہ معیارمیں ترامیم کی تجویزمنظور کرلی گئی.
