LAHORE: The Bank of Punjab (BoP) and the LDA Naya Pakistan Apartment Project signed an agreement under which the allottees of the apartments will have the facility of mortgage financing.
According to the news sources, the agreement named ‘Project Mortgage Deed’ was signed by BOP group head Umar Iqbal Sheikh and LDA Director General Ahmad Aziz Tarar.
“It is a landmark agreement under which the hurdles related to mortgage financing would be no more. Under this agreement, the burden of escalated construction cost would not affect the allottees,” Mr. Tarar said.
لاہور: بینک آف پنجاب (بی او پی) اور ایل ڈی اے نیا پاکستان اپارٹمنٹ پروجیکٹ نے ایک معاہدے پر دستخط کیے جس کے تحت اپارٹمنٹس کے الاٹیوں کو رہن کی مالی امداد کی سہولت میسر ہوگی۔
نیوز ذرائع کے مطابق ’پروجیکٹ مارگیج ڈیڈ‘ نامی معاہدے پر بی او پی گروپ کے سربراہ عمر اقبال شیخ اور ایل ڈی اے کے ڈائریکٹر جنرل احمد عزیز تارڑ نے دستخط کیے۔
"یہ ایک تاریخی معاہدہ ہے جس کے تحت رہن کی مالی اعانت سے متعلق رکاوٹیں ختم ہوں گی۔ اس معاہدے کے تحت، بڑھتی ہوئی تعمیراتی لاگت کا بوجھ الاٹیوں کو متاثر نہیں کرے گا،" مسٹر تارڑ نے کہا۔
