RDA to hire a consultant to conduct a third-party evaluation of the Rawalpindi Ring Road project

RDA the executing agency of the project has started the process to hire consultants for third-party valuation, The consultant will make recommendations regarding project modification and route change for the economic corridor, and the final decision on the changes will be taken by the competent authority and the planning commission.

The project was awarded to the FWO under an Rs.22.80 billion bid and it stretches for over 38.8km. The GT Road and Thalian Motorway will also be connected once the project has been completed.
