Rawalpindi District Administration finalizes Cleanliness plan for Eid

According to the spokesperson for Commissioner Office, the administration on the directives of Commissioner Rawalpindi Division, Syed Gulzar Hussain Shah, has finalised all the arrangements and the holidays of all the staff of Rawalpindi Waste Management Company (RWMC) had been cancelled.

Total, 3539 workers will perform cleanliness duties in different shifts round the clock from Tuesday to third day of Eid ul Azha, she said and added that 3225 workers would be deployed in Rawalpindi and Murree while 314 workers would perform their duties in Taxila, Kahuta, Kalar Syedan and Gujar Khan tehsils.

The spokesman said that a total of 413 vehicles would be used for Eid cleanliness operations besides using loaders and dumpers in Murree, Gujar Khan, Taxila, Kalar Syedan and Kahuta tehsils.

One permanent and 10 temporary waste transfer stations will be set up in the district, she said and informed that the administration would distribute a large number of biodegradable bags among the citizens to properly dispose of entrails of sacrificial animals.

She informed that special arrangements had also been finalized in this regard by the administration of other districts of the division including Attock, Jhelum, and Chakwal.

Under the special cleanliness program, she told that all eidgahs and graveyards would be cleaned besides proper arrangements for removal of offal of sacrificial animals.

انہوں نے بتایا کہ کل 3593 کارکنان عیدالاضحی کے تیسرے دن منگل سے لیکر چوبیس گھنٹے مختلف شفٹوں میں صفائی کے فرائض سرانجام دیں گے ، انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ راولپنڈی اور مری میں 3225 کارکن تعینات کیے جائیں گے جبکہ ٹیکسلا ، کہوٹہ میں 314 کارکن اپنے فرائض سرانجام دیں گے کلر سیداں اور گوجر خان تحصیل۔
ترجمان نے بتایا کہ تحصیل مری ، گجر خان ، ٹیکسلا ، کلر سیداں اور کہوٹہ تحصیلوں میں عید صاف ستھری کاروائیوں کے لئے کل 413 گاڑیاں استعمال کی جائیں گی۔
انہوں نے بتایا کہ ضلع میں ایک مستقل اور 10 عارضی کچرے کی منتقلی اسٹیشن قائم کیے جائیں گے ، انہوں نے بتایا اور بتایا کہ انتظامیہ قربانی کے جانوروں کے داخلی راستوں کو مناسب طریقے سے ٹھکانے لگانے کے لئے شہریوں میں بڑی تعداد میں بایوڈریڈیبل بیگ تقسیم کرے گی۔
انہوں نے بتایا کہ اس سلسلے میں اٹک ، جہلم اور چکوال سمیت ڈویژن کے دیگر اضلاع کی انتظامیہ نے بھی خصوصی انتظامات کو حتمی شکل دے دی ہے۔
صفائی کے خصوصی پروگرام کے تحت ، انہوں نے بتایا کہ قربانی کے جانوروں کو دور کرنے کے مناسب انتظامات کے علاوہ تمام عید گاہوں اور قبرستانوں کو بھی صاف کیا جائے گا۔
