Punjab uplifts major sectors by approving various development schemes

According to the news sources, these schemes were approved in the 49th meeting of the Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP) of the current fiscal year 2021-22 presided over by Chairman Planning & Development Board Abdullah Khan Sumbal.

The approved development scheme included Re-Modeling / Re-Sectioning of Rahim Yar Khan Branch RD:0-187, R.Y. Khan at the cost of Rs. 1,002.754 million, Rehabilitation of Minchin Branch in Pacca Larran Sub Division, R.Y. Khan at the cost of Rs. 956.103 million, Construction of Flood Bund from Hairo Flood Bund to Raikh Baghwala Flood Bund on Right Side of River Indus (to Protect Head Regulator of Kadra Creek and Adjoining Abadies) at the cost of Rs. 1,412.030 million and Feasibility Study for Paikhel Lift Irrigation Scheme of Tehsil and District Mianwali (PC-II) at the cost of Rs. 32.354 million.

According to the news sources, All Members of the Planning & Development Board, Provincial Secretaries of concerned departments, and other senior representatives of the relevant Provincial are attendees of this meeting.

نیوز ذرائع کے مطابق ان سکیموں کی منظوری چیئرمین پلاننگ اینڈ ڈویلپمنٹ بورڈ عبداللہ خان سنبل کی زیر صدارت رواں مالی سال 2021-22 کے صوبائی ترقیاتی ورکنگ پارٹی (پی ڈی ڈبلیو پی) کے 49ویں اجلاس میں دی گئی۔
منظور شدہ ترقیاتی سکیم میں رحیم یار خان برانچ (آر ڈی):0-187، (آر۔واۓ) کی ری ماڈلنگ/ری سیکشننگ شامل ہے۔ رحیم یار خان 1,002.754 ملین روپے کی لاگت سے۔ ، پکا لاران سب ڈویژن میں منچن برانچ کی بحالی، (آر۔واۓ) خان روپے کی 956.103ملین روپے کی لاگت سے۔ دریائے سندھ کے دائیں جانب ہیرو فلڈ بند سے رائخ باغ والا فلڈ بند تک (کدرہ کریک اور ملحقہ آبایوں کے ہیڈ ریگولیٹر کی حفاظت کے لیے) سیلابی بند کی تعمیر۔ 1,412.030 ملین روپے کی لاگت سے تحصیل اور ضلع میانوالی (پی سی-2) کی پائی خیل لفٹ ایریگیشن اسکیم کے لیے فزیبلٹی اسٹڈی۔ 32.354 ملین کی لاگت سے
نیوز ذرائع کے مطابق پلاننگ اینڈ ڈویلپمنٹ بورڈ کے تمام ممبران، متعلقہ محکموں کے صوبائی سیکرٹریز اور متعلقہ صوبائی کے دیگر سینئر نمائندے اس اجلاس میں شریک ہیں۔
