PM performs LDA City balloting

The LDA City Apartments is a joint venture of Naya Pakistan Housing and Development Authority (NAPHDA) and Lahore Development Authority, under which four thousand flats are being constructed.

Two thousand flats will be given to those registered with Naya Pakistan Housing and Development Authority while the remaining two thousand flats the ones registered with the LDA.

For each apartment, the government will provide a subsidy of three hundred thousand rupees. The total price of each apartment is 4.7 million rupees.

The applicant will merely pay ten percent as a down payment whilst the remaining amount will be paid through easy installments to the banks in a period between five to twenty years.

جمعرات کو وزیراعظم عمران خان نے اسلام آباد میں لاہور ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی (ایل ڈی اے) سٹی اپارٹمنٹ میں بیلٹنگ کی۔

ایل ڈی اے سٹی اپارٹمنٹس نیا پاکستان ہاؤسنگ اینڈ ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی (این اے پی ایچ ڈی اے) اور لاہور ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی (ایل ڈی اے) کا مشترکہ منصوبہ ہے جس کے تحت چار ہزار فلیٹ تعمیر کیے جارہے ہیں۔

نیا پاکستان ہاؤسنگ اینڈ ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی میں رجسٹرڈ افراد کو دو ہزار فلیٹ دیئے جائیں گے جبکہ باقی دو ہزار فلیٹ ایل ڈی اے میں رجسٹرڈ افراد کو دیئے جائیں گے۔

ہر اپارٹمنٹ کے لئے حکومت تین لاکھ ہزار روپے کی سبسڈی فراہم کرے گی۔ ہر اپارٹمنٹ کی کل قیمت 4.7 ملین روپے ہے۔

درخواست دہندہ صرف ڈاون پیمنٹ کے طور پر دس فیصد ادا کرے گا جبکہ باقی رقم پانچ سے بیس سال کے درمیان بینکوں کو آسان اقساط کے ذریعے ادا کی جائے گی۔
