KDA to hit a big shot! a huge revenue expected by plot auctioning

According to the details, with more than Rs 1 billion in revenue, KDA’s financial crisis will be over.

DG Mass Transit and Member Administration DA Sohail Khan have said that KDA has prepared a comprehensive plan for the auction of plots with the approval of the Sindh government.

While addressing reporters after paying dues checks to KDA employees, Sohail Khan said that some things were yet to be decided in the plot auction scheme. “We also paid the arrears of KDA employees for 4 years.”

Regarding the liabilities of the employees, DG Mass Transit Sohail Khan said that the Sindh government helped us in resolving the financial problems of KDA.

Checks have been issued to 37 employees of the Lions Area Redevelopment Project. Our initiatives will improve the revenue of KDA.

Member Administration Sohail Khan said that the recent measures would also provide housing facilities to the citizens. The ceremony was organized by the Patriotic Labor Union and was attended by Sohail Khan, Member Finance TawfiqSoomro, Union Patron General Imran Hussain, and others.

Another official Imran Hussain said that due to the efforts of the patriotic labor union, the poor employees got their due, including the retired employees.

سہیل خان نے کے ڈی اے ملازمین کو واجب الادا چیک کی ادائیگی کے بعد صحافیوں سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ پلاٹ نیلامی اسکیم میں ابھی کچھ چیزوں کا فیصلہ ہونا باقی ہے۔ ہم نے کے ڈی اے ملازمین کے بقایا جات کو 4 سال کے لئے بھی ادا کیا۔

ملازمین کی ذمہ داریوں کے بارے میں ، ڈی جی ماس ٹرانزٹ سہیل خان نے کہا کہ کے ڈی اے کے مالی مسائل حل کرنے میں حکومت سندھ نے ہماری مدد کی۔

لائنز ایریا ریڈویلپمنٹ پروجیکٹ کے 37 ملازمین کو چیک جاری کردیئے گئے ہیں۔ ہمارے اقدامات سے کے ڈی اے کی آمدنی میں بہتری آئے گی۔

ممبر انتظامیہ سہیل خان نے کہا کہ حالیہ اقدامات سے شہریوں کو رہائش کی سہولیات بھی میسر آئیں گی۔ پیٹریاٹک لیبر یونین کے ذریعہ تقریب کا اہتمام کیا گیا تھا اور اس میں سہیل خان ، ممبر فنانس توفیق سومرو ، یونین کے سرپرست جنرل عمران حسین اور دیگر نے شرکت کی۔

ایک اور عہدیدار عمران حسین نے بتایا کہ محب وطن مزدور یونین کی کاوشوں کی وجہ سے غریب ملازمین کو ریٹائرڈ ملازمین سمیت واجب الادا کردیا گیا۔
