Karachi: The Karachi Development Authority (KDA) has decided to launch four new housing schemes in Karachi by the end of this week. The purpose of these new housing schemes is to provide affordable and low-cost housing to people belonging to the lower middle class.
The Director-General of KDA Badar Jamil Mandhro said that the notification of these new housing schemes has already been issued by the local government authority. KDA is coming up with such an initiative after a gap of exactly 2 decades. The last time such initiative was taken by KDA was in 1999 and that project is now located on Five Star Chowrangi North Nazimabad Karachi. These affordable housing societies are exactly what’s needed to provide affordable housing in the city.
Locations of these four housing schemes are:
- FB Area Block 1
