Four Development Schemes Approved in Lahore

The Punjab Provincial Development Working Party has given approval to the four development schemes of different sectors at an approximate amount of Rs 27.975 billion.

The approved development schemes are the following: Revamping of All-District Headquarters (DHQs) and 15 Tehsil Headquarters (THQs) Hospitals across Punjab which is worth Rs10.060 billion.

Additionally, Property Compensation, Land Acquisition, Afforestation & Shifting of Utilities for Rawalpindi Ring Road Project-R3 at an estimated cost of Rs14.327 billion.

While dualization of the road from Bahawalpur-Yazman Road to Chandni Chowk, District Bahawalpur at the estimated amount of Rs3.272 billion.

Moreover, Checking Erosive Action of River Indus on its left side, along with 1-AR Minor in the Area of Lundi Pitafi District Muzaffargarh at the estimated cost of Rs271.650 million. and recommended to Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP) for being included in the upcoming budget 2021-22.

These development schemes will be a significant step towards the acceleration of development across the city and will lead to further development projects in the future.

پنجاب صوبائی ترقیاتی ورکنگ پارٹی نے مختلف شعبوں کی چار ترقیاتی سکیموں کو تقریبا 27 27.975 ارب روپے کی منظوری دے دی ہے۔

منظور شدہ ترقیاتی اسکیمیں مندرجہ ذیل ہیں: پنجاب بھر کے تمام ڈسٹرکٹ ہیڈ کوارٹرز اور پندرہ تحصیل ہیڈ کوارٹر ہسپتالوں کی از سر نو تشکیل جس کی مالیت 10.060 ارب روپے ہے

اضافی طور پر ، 14.327 ارب روپے کی لاگت سے راولپنڈی رنگ روڈ پروجیکٹ کے لئے پراپرٹی کا معاوضہ ، اراضی کے حصول ، بوری آبادکاری اور افادیت کی شفٹ۔

جبکہ بہاولپور تا یزمان روڈ سے چاندنی چوک ، ضلع بہاولپور تک 3.272 ارب روپے کی تخمینی رقم کے ذریعہ سڑک کی دہری کاری۔

مزید برآں ، اس کے بائیں طرف دریائے سندھ کی اراوسیوٹ ایکشن کی جانچ پڑتال ، اس کے ساتھ ہی لنڈی پتافی ضلع مظفر گڑھ کے علاقے میں 1-اے آر معمولی کے ساتھ ، جس کی تخمینہ لاگت 271،66 ملین ہے۔ اور آئندہ بجٹ 2021-22 میں شامل ہونے کے لئے پبلک سیکٹر ڈویلپمنٹ پروگرام کو سفارش کی۔

یہ ترقیاتی سکیمیں شہر بھر میں ترقی کی رفتار کی طرف ایک اہم اقدام ہوں گی ، اور آئندہ بھی مزید ترقیاتی منصوبوں کا باعث بنے گی۔
