Five Development Schemes Approved in Lahore

The Punjab Provincial Development Working Party has given approval to five development schemes belonging to different sectors of Lahore at the approximate cost of Rs2.609 billion.

The development schemes that got approval are the construction of flyover at Jhal Road Railway Crossing to Sahiwal City at an approximate cost of Rs741.544 million, construction of training laboratory at Punjab Forensic Science Agency at an estimated cost of Rs1.532 billion.

Additionally, construction of a flyover on GT Road Gujranwala at Aziz Cross Gujranwala for about Rs191.821 million, an integrated master plan for Cholistan at an estimated cost of Rs42.110 million, and last but not the least, the hiring of consultants for the establishment of the directorate of asset management for about Rs101.703 million. 

All these projects are fully approved by now and the construction work will be starting soon so that the completion of all these development projects can be achieved as soon as possible.

پنجاب صوبائی ترقیاتی ورکنگ پارٹی نے لاہور کے مختلف شعبوں سے وابستہ پانچ ترقیاتی سکیموں کو منظوری دے دی ہے جس کی تخمینی لاگت 2 ارب 60 کروڑ روپے ہے۔

جن ترقیاتی سکیموں کو منظوری ملی ہے وہ جھل روڈ ریلوے کراسنگ سے ساہیوال سٹی تک کے تخمینہ شدہ لاگت پر لگ بھگ 741.544 ملین روپے کی لاگت سے فلائی اوور کی تعمیر ، پنجاب فارنسک سائنس ایجنسی میں ایک تخمینہ لگاؤ لیبارٹری کی تعمیر کا تخمینہ ہے جس کی تخمینہ ایک ارب چوبیس ارب روپے ہے۔

مزید برآں ، عزیز کراس گوجرانوالہ میں جی ٹی روڈ گوجرانوالہ پر ایک فلائی اوور کی تعمیر تقریبا 191.821 ملین روپے میں ، چولستان کے لئے ایک انٹیگریٹڈ ماسٹر پلان برائے 42.110 ملین روپے کی لاگت سے ، لیکن آخری لیکن کم سے کم نہیں ، مشاوروں کی خدمات حاصل کرنا۔ 1010.703 ملین روپے میں اثاثہ جات کے انتظام کے نظامت کا قیام۔

ان تمام منصوبوں کو اب تک مکمل طور پر منظوری دے دی گئی ہے اور جلد ہی تعمیراتی کام شروع ہو جائے گا تاکہ ان تمام ترقیاتی منصوبوں کی تکمیل جلد از جلد ہوسکے۔
