Eye-Catching Revelations about Cooperative Housing Societies in Lahore

In the case of expenses of 106 cooperative housing societies of the city, it has been revealed that the management members of various cooperative housing societies have been given salary up to Rs 30,000 and Rs 50,000 petrol allowance.

 According to the details, out of 106 cooperative societies of the city, 82 housing societies submitted records to the Registrar of Cooperatives.

It has been revealed that the management committee members in various societies of the city have been given Rs. 2.5 to 3 lakhs as salaries. According to sources, recommendations were also sought for fixing the fees of lawyers in housing society court cases.

It was also revealed that the same lawyer appeared in both the housing societies on behalf of both parties. Recommendations were sought to ban the same lawyer from appearing on both sides.

شہر کی ایک سو چھ کوآپریٹو ہاؤسنگ سوسائٹیوں کے اخراجات کے معاملے میں یہ انکشاف ہوا ہے کہ مختلف کوآپریٹو ہاؤسنگ سوسائٹیوں کے انتظامی ممبروں کو تیس ہزار اور پچاس ہزار روپے تک کا پٹرول الاؤنس دیا گیا ہے۔

تفصیلات کے مطابق شہر کی ایک سو چھ کوآپریٹو سوسائٹی میں سے باسٹھ ہاؤسنگ سوسائٹیوں نے کوآپریٹیو کے رجسٹرار کو ریکارڈ پیش کیا۔

انکشاف ہوا ہے کہ شہر کی مختلف سوسائٹیوں میں مینجمنٹ کمیٹی کے ممبروں کو ایک لاکھ روپے دیئے گئے ہیں۔ تنخواہ کے طور پر ڈھائی سے تین لاکھ۔ ذرائع کے مطابق ہاؤسنگ سوسائٹی کے مقدمات میں وکلاء کی فیسیں طے کرنے کے لئے سفارشات بھی طلب کی گئیں۔

یہ انکشاف بھی ہوا ہے کہ دونوں فریقین کی جانب سے دونوں ہاؤسنگ سوسائٹیوں میں ایک ہی وکیل پیش ہوئے تھے۔ دونوں جانب سے ایک ہی وکیل کے پیش ہونے پر پابندی عائد کرنے کی سفارشات مانگی گئیں۔
