Development work to start on Babu Sabu and Barki Road

Big news for the users of Sagyan Road, Babu Sabu, and Burki Road. LDA has prepared PC-1 of the three road construction projects included in the new financial year, with a total estimated cost of over Rs 1.4 billion from the Planning and Development will be approved.

The three new projects of the Lahore Development Authority will cost a total of over Rs1.4 billion, of which a regular PC-1 has been developed, while a design has also been prepared by NESPAK.

The said projects of LDA will be approved by the Planning and Development Department. Reconstruction and rehabilitation of Sagyan Road will cost Rs. 754.2 million. The road from Sagyan Interchange to Babu Sabu to Sharqpur Road will be completely restored.

Rehabilitation of Burki Road from LSC to BRB and two-lane project has been estimated at Rs 400 million. Rehabilitation of Babu Sabu Interchange and rehabilitation of surrounding roads will cost Rs 244.7 million, said Chief Engineer LDA. Mazhar Hussain prepared PC-1 in the direction of DG LDA.

سگیاں روڈ، بابو صابو اور برکی روڈاستعمال کرنیوالوں کیلئے بڑی خبر، ایل ڈی اے نے نئے مالی سال میں شامل تینوں سڑکوں کی تعمیر کے منصوبوں کا پی سی ون تیار کرلیا، محکمہ پلاننگ اینڈ ڈویلپمنٹ سے مجموعی طور پرایک ارب 40 کروڑ سے زائد تخمینہ لاگت کی منظوری لی جائے گی۔

لاہور ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی کے تینوں نئے منصوبوں پر مجموعی طور پر ایک ارب 40 کروڑ سے زائد لاگت آئے گی ،جس کا باقاعدہ پی سی ون تیار کرلیا گیا ہے، جبکہ نیسپاک کی جانب سے ڈیزائن بھی تیار کیا گیا۔

ایل ڈی اے کے مذکورہ منصوبوں کی منظوری محکمہ پلاننگ اینڈ ڈویلپمنٹ سے لی جائے گی، سگیاں روڈ کی از سر نو تعمیر و بحالی پر 75 کروڑ 42 لاکھ کی لاگت آئے گی، سگیاں انٹرچینج سے بابو صابو تا شرقپور روڈ تک سڑک مکمل بحال کی جائے گی۔

ایل ایس سی سے بی آر بی تک برکی روڈ کی بحالی اور دو رویہ منصوبے پر 40 کروڑ کا تخمینہ لگایا گیا ہے، بابو صابو انٹرچینج کی بحالی اور اطراف کی سڑکوں کی بحالی پر 24 کروڑ 47 لاکھ لاگت آئے گی، چیف انجینئر ایل ڈی اے مظہر حسین نے ڈی جی ایل ڈی اے کی ہدایت پر پی سی ون تیار کروائے۔
