Civil Aviation Authority Approves The Construction Of 750ft High Buildings For CBD Punjab

The first 5 plots which were auctioned in Lahore Prime have an approved height of 500 ft. Since now the height has been increased to 750ft, the bidders would have to pay for the extra height of the plots being auctioned. The height was approved after an advanced aeronautical study was conducted with the help of the Pakistan Air Force.

The provision of extra height would offer a lot of pros and cons to the business community which would have to be carefully availed, such as having a lot more sellable area for commercial purposes, construction advancement as well as having a helipad on the roof.

The meeting held for the approval was chaired by Chief Executive Officer, PIEMDC, Ali Moazzam Syed. These include nine companies of Quaid-e-Azam Business Park, four companies of Rahim Yar Khan, three companies of Vehari, and three companies of Bhalwal Industrial Estate. A collective investment will churn out around Rs27bn resulting in thousands of jobs emerging as well.

اہور پرائم میں نیلام ہونے والے پہلے 5 پلاٹوں کی منظور شدہ اونچائی 500 فٹ ہے۔ اب سے اونچائی بڑھا کر 750 فٹ کر دی گئی ہے، بولی دہندگان کو نیلام ہونے والے پلاٹوں کی اضافی اونچائی کے لئے ادائیگی کرنی ہوگی۔ پاک فضائیہ کی مدد سے جدید ایروناٹیکل مطالعہ کیے جانے کے بعد اونچائی کی منظوری دی گئی۔
اضافی اونچائی کی فراہمی کاروباری برادری کو بہت سارے نفع اور نقصانات پیش کرے گی جن سے احتیاط سے فائدہ اٹھانا ہوگا، جیسے تجارتی مقاصد کے لئے بہت زیادہ فروخت ہونے والا علاقہ ہونا، تعمیراتی ترقی کے ساتھ ساتھ چھت پر ہیلی پیڈ ہونا۔
منظوری کے لئے منعقدہ اجلاس کی صدارت پی آئی ای ایم ڈی سی کے چیف ایگزیکٹو آفیسر علی مزام سيد نے کی۔ ان میں قائد اعظم بزنس پارک کی نو کمپنیاں، رحیم یار خان کی چار کمپنیاں، وہاڑی کی تین کمپنیاں اور بھلوال انڈسٹریل اسٹیٹ کی تین کمپنیاں شامل ہیں۔ ایک اجتماعی سرمایہ کاری تقریبا ٢٧ ارب روپے پر غور کرے گی جس کے نتیجے میں ہزاروں ملازمتیں بھی ابھریں گی۔
