ISLAMABAD: CDA and Islamabad Capital Territory administration on Friday repossessed approximately 1600 Kanal forest area in Malpur of the capital.
Deputy Commissioner Islamabad Hamza Shafqat stated during the operation which was carried out with the support of Islamabad Police and enforcement staff of CDA, around 1600 Kanals of forest land were recovered from encroachers. The enforcement staff utilized heavy machinery to destroy illegal structures.
Hamza Shafqat informed that locals of the area continued to increase illegal structure. In an attempt to halt illegal construction activity in Malpur, DC said they would also get cases registered against encroachers.
ڈپٹی کمشنر اسلام آباد حمزہ شفقت نے کارروائی کے دوران بتایا جو اسلام آباد پولیس اور سی ڈی اے کے نفاذ عملہ کے تعاون سے کیا گیا تھا ، تجاوزات سے تقریبا 16 1600 کنال جنگلاتی زمین برآمد ہوئی۔ نافذ کرنے والے عملے نے بھاری مشینری کو غیر قانونی ڈھانچے کو ختم کرنے کے لئے استعمال کیا۔
حمزہ شفقت نے بتایا کہ علاقے کے مقامی افراد غیر قانونی ڈھانچے میں اضافہ کرتے رہتے ہیں۔ مالپور میں غیر قانونی تعمیراتی سرگرمیاں روکنے کی کوشش میں ، ڈی سی نے کہا کہ وہ تجاوزات کے خلاف بھی مقدمات درج کریں گے۔
