ISLAMABAD: In an effort to raise billions of rupees in revenue, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) is anticipated to break ground on a new housing complex called Overseas Enclave near the intersection of G.T. Road and Margalla Avenue. (Reported By News Source)
The member planning on this project will provide a briefing to the CDA board during its meeting on Friday. 200 kanals of land owned by the CDA are located in the aforementioned region; 50 kanals will be set aside for green space, and the remaining 50 kanals will be used to build residences and other structures.
According to the official, the winning bidders will be permitted to use the aforementioned plots for a combination of commercial and residential uses.
The region where the aforementioned project had been designed, according to the officials, was within bounds.

اہلکار کے مطابق، جیتنے والے بولی دہندگان کو مذکورہ بالا پلاٹوں کو کمرشل اور رہائشی استعمال کے امتزاج کے لیے استعمال کرنے کی اجازت ہوگی۔
حکام کے مطابق وہ علاقہ جہاں مذکورہ منصوبے کو ڈیزائن کیا گیا تھا، وہ حدود میں تھا۔
