5 development schemes of Lahore approved

The Punjab Provincial Development Working Party approved five development schemes of various sectors at an estimated cost of Rs9.15 billion.

These schemes were approved in the 3rd meeting of the PDWP of the current fiscal year 2021-22 presided over by the Planning & Development Board Chairman Abdullah Khan Sumbal.

The approved development schemes included as Construction of District Jail Nankana Sahib (Non-Residential Portion) at the cost of Rs1.324 billion, Feasibility Studies of sewers through tunnel boring, Development Arterial main and treatment plant 20 MGD at Jhang Branch at the cost of Rs30 million.

Also, widening / improvement / rehabilitation of Kahuta-Panjar-Azad Pattan Road, Rawalpindi (Revised) at the cost of Rs1.116 billion, construction of bridge over River Chenab at Shahbazpur to connect with District Gujrat with District Sialkot in District Gujrat (Revised) at the cost of Rs5.434 billion and Dualisation of Shahi Road from RY Khan to Chowk Bahadurpur (KLP Road), District RY Khan (Revised) at the cost of Rs1.245 billion.

Provincial Secretary P&D Imran Sikandar Baloch, all Members of the Planning & Development Board, Provincial Secretaries of departments concerned, Senior Chief (Coord), Assistant Chief Coordination and other senior representatives of the relevant provincial departments also attended the meeting.

پنجاب صوبائی ترقیاتی ورکنگ پارٹی نے مختلف شعبوں کی پانچ ترقیاتی سکیموں کی منظوری دی ہے جن پر تخمینہ لاگت سے نو ارب چوبیس ارب روپے لاگت آئے گی۔

پلاننگ اینڈ ڈویلپمنٹ بورڈ کے چیئرمین عبداللہ خان سنبل کی زیرصدارت رواں مالی سال 2021-22 کے پی ڈی ڈبلیو پی کے تیسرے اجلاس میں ان اسکیموں کو منظوری دی گئی۔

منظور شدہ ترقیاتی اسکیموں میں 1.324 ارب روپے کی لاگت سے ڈسٹرکٹ جیل ننکانہ صاحب (غیر رہائشی حصے) کی تعمیر ، سرنگ بورنگ کے ذریعے سیور کے فزیبلٹی اسٹڈیز ، ڈویلپمنٹ آرٹیریل مین اور ٹریٹمنٹ پلانٹ کے تحت 20 ایم جی ڈی جھنگ برانچ میں لاگت آئے گی۔

نیز ، کہوٹہ پنجر۔ آزاد پتن روڈ ، چوڑائی / بحالی / بحالی کی بحالی / بحالی کی بحالی / بحالی کی بحالی ، ایک ارب پندرہ ارب روپے کی لاگت سے ، شہباز پور میں دریائے چناب پر پل کی تعمیر ، ضلع گجرات کو ضلع گجرات سے ضلع سیالکوٹ سے مربوط کرنے کے لئے (نظر ثانی شدہ) ) 5.434 بلین روپے کی لاگت اور شاہی روڈ کو آر وائی خان سے چوک بہادر پور (کے ایل پی روڈ) تک ، ضلع آر وائی خان (نظر ثانی شدہ) پر 1،245 ارب روپے کی لاگت سے۔

صوبائی سکریٹری پی اینڈ ڈی عمران سکندر بلوچ ، پلاننگ اینڈ ڈویلپمنٹ بورڈ کے تمام ممبران ، متعلقہ محکموں کے صوبائی سیکرٹریز ، سینئر چیف (کوارڈ) ، اسسٹنٹ چیف کوآرڈینیشن اور متعلقہ صوبائی محکموں کے دیگر سینئر نمائندوں نے بھی اجلاس میں شرکت کی۔
