Sales Executive (Real Estate)

ilaan.com is looking for a Sales Executive (Real Estate) who should possess presentation skills, negotiation skills, time management skills, interpersonal communication skills (both verbal and written), must have a real estate selling background. The applicant should have 2-3 years of proven experience from Real Estate/Bank assurance/Credit card selling will be encouraged more.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Daily visit & sells company product by establishing contact and developing relationships with agencies.
· Meeting Monthly sales targets.
· Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
· Taking and generating orders from the agencies by visiting them regularly and managing recoveries.
· Maintaining relationships with the existing agencies and increase order volumes
· Generation of Daily Sales Report and submitting it to Sales Manager.
· Suggesting new ways to increase sales volume.
· Discovers target markets and advantages of other companies.
· Responsible to meet the deadlines given for the targets achieving.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
SKILLS:
· Must have real estate selling background.

· Interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
EXPERIENCE:
2-3 years of proven experience from Real Estate/Bancassurance/Credit card selling will be plus point.
Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Salary: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
